It’s a place where we can share the thoughts and comments that make us laugh. Â We hope that our blog will bring a bit of laughter and a small bit of “I’ve thought that as well” moments to your day. Â Who knows what it will become, but we plan to have fun getting there.
The name of the site comes from just that experience.  Gastric Harmony is a male version of what happens to women when they spend a lot of time together.  It was the definition we came up with to describe something that happened at work.  We seemed to come out of our offices, not unlike bears after hibernation, at the same time asking where lunch will be today.  We haven’t decided who has the “Alpha-Stomach” yet, but we’re sure to be debating that topic on the way to the food.
So, now that we have coined a term and started yet another blog, let’s see what other irrelevant things can make us smile and have a little bit of levity from our daily feed.
